HPm Italy (Cavriglia, Italy) plasma sheet cutting machines will be offered with JETCAM (Milwaukee,WI) Expert CAD/CAM and nesting software. The latest version of the software supports HPm’s 3D bevel cutting facility, which controls the head through a full unlimited degree rotation and tilting angle up to 45 degrees.

Mike Weber, Managing Director of JETCAM International, “JETCAM is now providing HPm customers with a powerful solution that now also includes complex beveling which is unique to HPm.”

Fabrizio Lachi, President of HPm, added, “JETCAM’s knowledge of efficiency and automation fits extremely well with the advanced capabilities of our machines.”

JETCAM Expert handles automatic tool path generation and nesting optimization, along with multiple levels of automatic and interactive nesting capability. It generates profile path files that are optimized to cut as many parts as possible from a given sheet of material (or multiple sheets).
