Keysight Technologies Introduces Oscilloscope Probes for High-Voltage Signal Measurements

By DE Editors

November 5, 2014

Keysight Technologies has introduced 200, 300 and 500MHz high-voltage probing solutions that are ideal for testing switching power supplies, power devices, motor drives and vehicle busses.

The N2804A differential probe offers up to 300MHz bandwidth and ±300 Vdc + peak AC of the maximum differential input range. This makes it suitable for a broad range of power operations, the company states. The N2805A 200MHz differential probe is equipped with a 5 meter input cable, allowing users to easily reach DUTs over long distances.

Both the N2804A and N2805A have a differential input resistance of 4 MΩ and low input capacitance of 4pF for minimal circuit loading. The probes are compatible with Keysight oscilloscopes that have a 50Ω AutoProbe interface.

The 10076C 100:1 passive probe provides 500MHz bandwidth when used with a spring ground tip. With 66.7 MΩ input resistance, the device offers the voltage and bandwidth users need for making high-voltage measurements referenced to the group with low input loading.
