LMS International (Leuven, Belgium) has become the first company to join the SIMULIA Partner Program started by Dassault Systèmes(DS; Paris, France) to unite partners from the ABAQUS Alliance Programwith the CAA V5 community. The V5-based LMS Virtual.Lab applicationswill be available as partner products within the SIMULIA ecosystem.

SIMULIAis the Dassault Systèmes open multiphysics platform that supportsrealistic simulation for a wide range of industries. By dramaticallyreplacing the need for the physical testing of products, SIMULIAaccelerates innovation and reduces the cost of ownership for realisticsimulation, optimizing quality and performance. The SIMULIA partnerecosystem supports the development of the broadest range ofinteroperable solutions for virtual testing.

LMSVirtual.Lab is used by manufacturers worldwide for functionalperformance simulation of their products. The LMS Virtual.Lab productsuite, built on a strategic alliance between Dassault Systèmes and LMSInternational, was introduced in 2002 and provides customers with nextgeneration CAE/simulation solutions based on the V5 architecture.Applications include structural dynamics, noise and vibration, acousticradiation, multi-body motion, fatigue and reliability. The product isalready deployed at key international companies, including Airbus, BMW,Boeing, Embraer, Ford, GM, Honda, Mitsubishi and PSA Peugeot Citroën.
