MDTVISION, an IBM consulting and services company dedicated to product lifecycle management (PLM), is adopting the Global PLM Alliance that was signed between IBM and Siemens PLM Software in 2009, to enhance the companies' presence in France.

The agreement between IBM and Siemens PLM Software includes joint investments and commitments related to technology, marketing, sales and service, with financial targets established for both organizations. It expanded the existing teaming arrangement between IBM and Siemens PLM Software and continues to leverage the IBM Business Partner network to deliver PLM to the large accounts as well as small and medium size business (SMB) community.
 
"Our partnership with MDTVISION in France will be based on our shared vision of providing the highest-quality service to support our customers over the long term," said Christophe Iffenecker, vice president and managing director, Siemens PLM Software, France. "This partnership will be a way to further boost our presence in the PLM market and help customers transform their process of innovation."
 
Since 2007, MDTVISION and Siemens PLM Software have jointly implemented more than 15 projects in various industries, including engineering, automotive, transportation, building and public works and aeronautics.
