Measurement Computing’s USB-1208HS is a multifunction, high-speed, measurement and control device supported under Microsoft Windows operating systems.

The USB-1208HS features eight single-ended or four differential 13-bit analog inputs with a sample rate of 1 MS/s. The input ranges available are ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V or 0 to10 V when in single-ended mode. In differential mode, the ranges are ±20 V, ±10 V, or ±5 V.

A digital trigger lets users start analog input or output conversions.

The USB-1208HS also includes two 32-bit counters that can count TTL pulses, and one 32-bit PWM timer output.

The USB-1208HS is powered by the ±5 volt USB supply from a computer, and requires no external power. All I/O connections are made to the screw terminals located along each side of the device.

Software included with the USB-1208HS includes TracerDAQ, a data logging, viewing, and analysis application; Universal Library programming libraries and drivers for many Windows-based programming languages; Universal Library for LabVIEW; InstaCal installation.
