Molex LLC Acquires Soligie Inc.

Soligie sensors, according to a company press release, are ideal for measuring temperature, shock and humidity, physiological monitoring, environmental and biochemical sensors. The company's manufacturing process yields small, flexible all-in-one sensor solutions that can integrate batteries, RFID, LEDs and other passive devices.

Molex has manufacturing capabilities for electronic device bonding and will provide services for Soligie products.
