Nortech Systems Acquires Devicix

Nortech Systems, a full-service electronics manufacturing services provider, has agreed to acquire Devicix LLC. The company is a medical product design and engineering firm.

With this acquisition, Nortech states, it will broaden capabilities for complete design, manufacturing and service of regulated medical devices.
