Remote CFD Learning Facility Launched

CD-adapco leverages its internal expertise to help its users better leverage CFD.

CD-adapco (London, UK and Melville, NY) today, July 28, launched STAR-Tutor, the company's new online tutoring service.

STAR-Tutor, says the company, enables its user base to train inspecialist applications or improve their CFD knowledge from their localworkstations. Additionally, the company says that STAR-Tutor's formatlets engineers fit personal development training around their schedule.

STAR-Tutor training sessions run at regular intervals, last between oneand three hours, and are lead by CD-adapco's staff of CAE engineers.Sessions include:

  • Turbulence Modeling

  • Heat Transfer
  • External Aerodynamic Modeling
