SYCODE Offers Data Exchange Add-ins for Inventor

SYCODE (Panaji, India) launched seven CAD file import and export add-ins for Autodesk (San Rafael, CA) Inventor.

The import add-ins include (1) STL Import for Inventor — Stereolithography STL file import add-in; (2) 3DS Import for Inventor — 3D Studio 3DS file import add-in; (3) 3DM Import for Inventor — Rhinoceros/OpenNURBS 3DM file import add-in; and (4) OBJ Import for Inventor — Wavefront OBJ file import add-in.

The export add-ins include (1) 3DS Export for Inventor — 3D Studio 3DS file export add-in; (2) 3DM Export for Inventor — Rhinoceros/OpenNURBS 3DM file export add-in; and (3) OBJ Export for Inventor — Wavefront file export add-in.

The add-ins are priced at $287 each and are available as fully functional 10 day/run trials. The software comes with detailed documentation in the form of a compiled HTML help file, which contains a step-by-step tutorial to get the end user started in the shortest possible time.
