SYCODE has released six file import and five file export add-ins for ARES, the new CAD platform from Graebert.

"We see tremendous potential for the ARES CAD platform from Graebert,” says Deelip Menezes, founder and CEO of SYCODE. “That’s the reason why we took the initiative of studying the internal working of this new robust platform. We are continuing the cooperation with ARES versions for Mac and Linux. In that regard we have already started the enormous task of making all our code cross platform so that we are able to support ARES on the Mac and Linux as soon as possible.”

The add-ins include: 3DM Import and Export, 3DS Import and Export, OBJ Import and Export, SKP Import and Export, STL Import, VTK Import and Export, and 3DM Export.

The ARES add-ins have been tested to work with ARES Commander Edition 2010. All the add-ins are available as fully functional trials. They come with installers and detailed documentation in the form of compiled HTML help files which contain step-by-step tutorials to get end users started in the shortest possible time.
