Synergis Software and Kubotek USA has formed a partnership to integrate Adept PDM (product document management) into KeyCreator Direct. The plug-in will be available later this summer.

This partnership, according to a company press release, is due to customer requests for a PDM solution to accompany their design and manufacture process. This integration will help track large numbers of CAD documents from multiple applications and design iterations.

“KeyCreator is a great fit for our Adept PDM technology. We have proven experience managing complex 2D and 3D CAD file relationships and related engineering and business content across a global enterprise. The integration of our products will make it even easier for KeyCreator customers to find and reuse design content, secure engineering intellectual property, automate the engineering change and approval process, improve collaboration, and comply with ISO and QS standards," says Scott Lamond, vice president, Marketing and Business Development at Synergis Software.
