Top Systems, developer of advanced 3D and 2D Product Lifecycle Management software, has released version 17 of its T-FLEX CAD system and add-on applications.

This latest release of T-FLEX CAD introduces possibilities for advanced surface and curve modeling, acceleration for complex assembly design, new technological solutions for simulation and manufacturing, advanced electrical design tools, enhanced markup functionality and more.

Top Systems has added to T-FLEX CAD 17 an extensive set of customer driven improvements and capabilities that provide increased flexibility for creating high-quality designs meeting the changing demands of engineering and business requirements.

“As companies work to get their products to market faster, parametric functionality helps to solve complex product design challenges and complete more tasks in less time,” says Sergey Bikulov, executive director, Top Systems. “Now with the release of T-FLEX CAD 17 we are taking the next step. We combine our sophisticated parametric functionality with innovative new modeling tools developed for complex projects and large teams of engineers. This will allow enterprises of any size and complexity of products to effectively solve their problems while saving resources in the current difficult economic situation.”

The release of T-FLEX CAD 17 presents multiple improvements in advanced solid, surface and wire modeling as well as an increase in performance when working with large assemblies. T-FLEX CAD 17 allows teams to communicate efficiently by adding markups to parts and assemblies directly using a touch device, storing them with the model or in PDM application.

New features have been also added to the full suite of fully integrated T-FLEX CAD add-on applications that offer wide set of specialized engineering solutions: T-FLEX Analysis, T-FLEX Dynamics, T-FLEX CAM, T-FLEX Electrical, T-FLEX VR and T-FLEX Nesting.

When combined with T-FLEX DOCs 17 software from Top Systems that delivers the PLM fundamentals T-FLEX CAD users can take control of product data and design processes and innovate products faster with better performance and streamlined workflows.

Together, the T-FLEX 17 suite of applications offers new technologies that enhance collaboration and enable immersive, interactive experience during design and engineering.
