3Dconnexion’s line of 3D mice now supports 3D CAD modeling software PTC CoCreate Modeling 17.0 and Personal Edition 3.0, as well as GRAPHISOFT ArchiCAD 14, 3D architectural design software.

Using a 3D mouse, professionals are able to design more intuitively and with precise control, according to the company. 3Dconnexion’s 3D mice provide users with a range of design productivity benefits, including: 

  • The ability to simultaneously pan, zoom and rotate
  • A six-degrees-of-freedom (6DoF) sensor that is capable of detecting input as small as four micrometers
  • Programmable buttons that provide quick access to commonly used application commands
