Spatial View Inc. (Toronto, Canada), and ASCON (St. Petersburg, Russia) are pleased to announce a new development partnership. The alignment pairs ASCON, one of the first CAD/CAPP/ PDM developers and integrators in Russia, with Spatial View, provider of autostereoscopic display solutions.

The two companies will cooperate on product development initiatives and marketing. A new Engineering Bundle will feature ASCON's CAD software, KOMPAS-3D paired with Spatial View multi-user displays for accurate glasses-free visualization of 3D models, states the release. Kompas 3D is a CAD solution used for 3D solid modeling in automotive, shipbuilding, and other industries.

Future efforts will include direct integration of Spatial View 3D into the next versions release of the KOMPAS-3D software.
