CAD2M to Resell InspectionXpert and Office2PDM

Extensible CAD Technologies has announced that CAD2M has joined the Extensible CAD Technologies Reseller Program, which will help bring InspectionXpert and Office2PDM to companies in the Netherlands.

InspectionXpert automates the creation of inspection documentation for First Article inspections (FAIR) and in-process inspections and helps manufacturers comply with AS9102 and APQP requirements particularly in the aerospace and defense, medical device, automotive and contract manufacturing industries. Office2PDM works with SolidWorks Enterprise PDM to revision control Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.

“With Office2PDM, CAD2M will help our customers expand their data management capabilities further into all areas of their business,” says Bert Smeitink, general manager for CAD2M. “The Executive Dashboard in Office2PDM helps managers with allocating resources to keep engineering processes on time and on schedule. The InspectionXpert product line integrates with CAD programs such as SolidWorks and reads PDF files and scanned drawings to automate the ballooning of inspection drawings and the creation of inspection sheets to eliminate manual processes. Both products are valuable tools to assist our clients in improving productivity.”
