CCE has updated its EnSuite software. The new release provides the ability to view CATIA V5 R20 and Solid Edge files without requiring a license of the respective CAD systems. The new version of EnSuite also provides capability to export native CAD files to 3D PDF format.

”Support for CATIA V5 R20 underscores CCE’s commitment to keep its CAD-independent data access technology abreast with latest industry updates, in the shortest time possible” says Vinay Wagle, CCE’s vice president of Sales and Marketing. “The 3D PDF support significantly expands the use of EnSuite outside the traditional CAD/Engineering boundaries” added Vinay.

EnSuite provides the ability to share CAD data across the extended enterprise. It is designed to provide quick access to critical engineering information residing in CAD data. EnSuite supports many 3D CAD formats including CATIA V4, CATIA V5, NX, Pro/E, SolidWorks, Parasolid, JT, CGR, STL, Solid Edge, 3D PDF, IGES and STEP.
