China Nuclear Power Selects Teamcenter Platform

China Nuclear Power Engineering Co. has selected Siemens PLM Software's Teamcenter platform for its product lifecycle management (PLM) and information workflows.

The company will use Teamcenter to build a uniform and integrated engineering information management system to digitize design data for users across all disciplines, a press release states.

“The development of nuclear power engineering construction demands advanced digital methods and technological innovation,” said Gao Fuchun, officer of Information File at China Nuclear Power Engineering. “Siemens has the required knowledge and expertise, along with the advanced innovative technologies to properly address this critical need. Our partnership will facilitate the upgrading and transforming of the nuclear power engineering construction industry, as well as the integration of information and industrialization.”
