Dassault Systemeshas acquired Enginuity PLM, a provider of formula-based PLM.

The addition of Enginuity expands Dassault Systemes’ suite of collaborative business process solutions based on the ENOVIA V6 platform. 

Enginuity provides a digital work environment that helps innovators capture product development information for formula design in real-time. This approach also provides the R&D organization secure access to all current and historical product development data when they need it" allowing them to leverage the company’s intellectual property to avoid past mistakes and leverage past successes.
