The new 3D collaboration software from CADCAM-E (CCE) enables users to perform engineering design reviews using 3D multi-CAD data such as NX, SolidWorks, Catia, Creo and more directly in the browser. There is no need for software installation or browser extensions. No CAD licenses are required for collaboration. Additionally users don’t need to upload native, exclusive design data. Also, no data footprint remains post-collaboration.

With EnSuite-Cloud ReVue users can operate on a secure platform for real-time collaboration using 3D digital assets while controlling their individual intellectual property.

Users can buy an annual subscription for an “Organizer” license, which enables capacity to:

  • host unlimited real-time 3D collaboration sessions (“ReVue Room”);
  • invite unlimited participants to the ReVue Room to collaborate;
  • pull in data from any supported 3D format to the ReVue Room to collaborate;
  • Transfer Presenter control to other users via an active Organizer subscription; and
  • assume Presenter status if other Organizers wish to transfer control.

“We have collected some excellent feedback from Beta users over the past couple of months and incorporated it in this release. While ideal for sharing documents, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, common screen-sharing apps like Zoom, Webex simply don’t cut it for collaboration using 3D CAD. Being able to independently interact with the digital asset is a critical requirement in any engineering collaboration or design review session,” says Vinay Wagle, CCE’s V.P. of Sales & Marketing, in a press release for the product.
