The Electra 2 has a 15.6-in. matte, in-plane switching (IPS) display, which offers wide viewing angles and excellent color reproduction, according to the company.
The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M graphics card is supported by 640 CUDA cores at 936 MHz+boost with 2GB of memory running at 1000 MHz. The NVIDIA Battery Boost, GPU Boost 2.0 and Optimus Technology can provide extended battery life when you want it, the company states.
For power, this notebook is equipped with fourth-generation Intel Core i7 processors that use the Intel HM87 Express Chipset. This chipset includes the i7-4940MX Processor Extreme equipped with 4 cores and 8 threads. Memory is available for up to 16GB.
There is availability for up to three storage drives, including one mSATA, one 9.5mm standard bay and one optical drive. Users can have up to 4TB of storage space.
Other features of the Electra 2 include increased security by the Trusted Platform Module, up to 5 hours of battery life and full configurability.
