At HP's annual enterprise security user conference, the company announced new capabilities to protect users as they migrate away from traditional security measures. The offerings, HP Atalla and HP Security Voltage, address PCI compliance, data de-identification and collaboration security.

For cloud security, Atalla offers integration of Adallom and HP ArcSight for a secure connection that includes customer analytics within a single GUI (graphic user interface).

Also offered within the platform is automated unstructured data classification, end-to-end protection of customer data and secure email exchange.

“The amount of data that enterprises must protect is increasing at an alarming rate, and it is essential that organizations not only process and store all of this data, but that they encrypt it so that only key stakeholders can access it,” said Albert Biketi,‎ Vice President & General Manager, HP Security, HP Atalla and HP Security Voltage. “Our enterprise data protection offerings help safeguard the growing volumes of sensitive data, while helping customers to protect corporate brand and reputation as well as mitigate the cost of responding to data loss, regulatory fines and penalties due to noncompliance or a breach.”
