Jabez Technologies has released Robotmaster V6, which includes updates to the solution's automation and optimization tools. The new V6 interface can help robot programmers save time and money, the company says.

The new version includes RISE, the Robotmaster Interactive Simulations Environment, which provides easy and intuitive control of robots. Users can modify the robot's positions and trajectories, manually or automatically, by simple mouse interaction.

Users can achieve desired orientations and program success through instant visualization of the impact of any changes in the path, workspace, reach, interference or collisions. In addition, the new custom process definition can be used to fully integrate, customize and control the process with the required parameters seamlessly into Robotmaster.

Robotmaster is suited to program robots for such tasks as trimming, 3D machining, cutting, de-burring, polishing, welding, dispensing, grinding and painting, and supports most industrial robot models.
