Jon Peddie Research has just released its 10th annual GPU Market and Products report, which consolidates GPU developments for 2025. It includes announcements by the leading GPU suppliers, market size and share, and benchmark results.

The 302-page report (with 167 charts and figures, and 19 tables) covers discussion on the GPU and its basic technology and history, and the introductions and market sizing of the GPU market, by quarter for PC, workstation, AI and data center, supercomputers, and mobile platforms, as well as benchmarking results for some products.

The information is presented in chronological order by quarter and includes shipment data, new product introduction, benchmark results, and associated information on new standards.

Subjects such Shader Execution Reordering, Opacity Micromaps added to DirectX, how FSR4 compares to FSR3 and DLSS 4, and Intel texture compression relieving memory crunch are examples of the range of topics covered, as well as current events such as tariffs and China export restrictions.
