KBMax announced that its flagship configurator software deploys via the cloud, so that users can configure their custom products securely online. According to the company, the cloud platform benefits companies of all sizes looking to automate quotes, CAD models and drawings, and more.

The cloud eliminates the need for onsite hardware, decreases internal IT costs, and provides additional scalability options. There are no servers to buy or maintain.  New users or product configurators can be quickly added by KBMax administrators without customer IT efforts.

The cloud platform allows for more standard integration options with Saleforce.com and other cloud applications.

The cloud is the future of enterprise software, so thats where KBMax needs to be, said KBMax Chief Technical Officer Kevin Bennett. Our customers with global sales teams and complex workflows are getting major ROI from KBMax in the cloud.
