Mouser Electronics announced the in-stock availability of over 40 types of SANYO motor driver ICs. ON Semiconductor SANYO motor driver ICs are suited for a variety of applications ranging from actuators in camera phones and digital cameras to office automation products, electrical home appliances, and automotive electrical systems.

The ICs include 1, 2 and 4 channel H-bridge drivers for bipolar stepper and brush motors; drivers for single-, two- and three-phase brushless motors; piezo actuator drivers; and system driver ICs for camera and optical drives.
