Sigmetrix LLC has announced the availability of the direct Sigmetrix CETOL 6 interface in the Noesis Solutions Optimus platform. The CETOL 6 and Optimus combination provides integration of the tools that enable design processes. This assists organizations with creating new analysis and optimization workflows to solve problems requiring multiple analysis solutions integrated with full 3D assembly tolerance analysis, according to the company.

“The integration of the direct CETOL 6 interface in Optimus is a natural fit for our customer base,” stated Sigmetrix CEO and President Tim Bogard. “The Optimus platform provides users of our CETOL 6 with the opportunity to fully integrate 3rd party analysis tools within an optimization scenario, fulfilling the need for even greater tolerance optimization. We look forward to approaching both our new and existing customers with this solution, and to demonstrating how it will enable them to select the most optimal and robust options for their designs.”

“The use of Optimus and CETOL together completes the tolerance analysis process, providing users with greater optimization and more robust designs,” affirmed Hans Wynendaele, Noesis Solutions president and COO. “The fully integrated CAD/CAE process automatically optimizes multiple product performance characteristics including tolerancing. It strengthens manufacturing firms’ competitive edge in delivering the best product in the shortest time possible, while saving tremendously on engineering, manufacturing and material cost.”
