Quickparts, Inc. (Atlanta, GA) launched QuickQuote Online storefront to make it even easier to buy everything from rapid prototypes to production parts and tooling.

Quickparts simplifies and accelerates the traditional process of quoting and purchasing custom-designed parts. It is said to be the first patented web-based process providing the product development community with a fully automated storefront.

This next generation of QuickQuote now gives the user greater ability to create multiple quotes from multiple processes using their new shopping cart, view images and dimensions of the files they want to quote, and use the new lead time calendar that allows them to choose when their part ships. Plus they can easily edit, delete, print, and e-mail quotes from within the interface.

QuickQuote analyzes an uploaded 3D CAD file and provides an automated price quote instantly. Users only need to login, upload their files, and select their process, quantity, material, and finish. When an order is placed, a Quickparts Project Manager will call to ensure the customers' expectations are met from initial contact to final delivery of custom parts.
