Rapidform, Inc. (Seoul, Korea) and Metris USA (Brighton, MI) entered into an agreement where Metris will offer Rapidform 3D scanning software with Metris’ range of 3D scanning systems. Metris is offering Rapidform XOR, XOS, and XOV software tools for creating CAD models from 3D scan data and performing dimensional inspection based on scan and probing data, enhancing Metris’ position as a world-class metrology solutions provider.
