Solidscape, a provider of high-precision 3D printers for manufacturing, has entered an agreement with Kangshuo Group Co. Ltd to create the largest 3D printing service bureau for China's domestic jewelry industry.

Kangshugo Group, according to a company press release, will construct four new service facilities that to house several hundred Solidscape printers each. The first facility is scheduled to open in Shenzhen this June.

The high-precision printers will be able to provide a 6 micron resolution with wax materials, enabling jewelers to design and print 3D models with organic geometries that are 100% castable in any metal.

“Kangshuo Group’s strong business reputation and commitment to the jewelry segment in China is ideal to support Solidscape’s continuous expansion,” said Fabio Esposito, president of Solidscape. “Having a customer-centric partner that can deliver top quality sales and service to the jewelry industry in China was our strategic goal. In addition to bolstering the local N.H. economy and future job creation, we’re thrilled to be an American company exporting our products to China.”
