Stratasys reported on LinkedIn in July 2025 that it has acquired a collection of assets from Nexa3D. As a provider of additive manufacturing (AM) polymer solutions in the industry, Stratasys reports that this agreement will help boost development of advanced solutions that address production needs on the manufacturing floor.

More specific details regarding the specific assets that Stratasys acquired have not been officially revealed to date.

Moving forward, according to Stratasys, Nexa3D customers and partners can count on support from iSQUARED AG, a wholly owned subsidiary, for use of their machines, parts and materials, and as a path to adoption of Stratasys’ advanced AM solutions.
