StudioGPU Ships MachStudio Pro 1.4 Real-Time Non-linear 3D Workflow and Rendering Software

StudioGPU continues tostreamline 3D workflow with MachStudio Pro 1.4 software, offeringnew features and functionality for real-time 3D workflow and renderingperformance. New features and enhancements include physicallybased cameras, theability to export directly into layered Adobe Photoshop files, a materials IDrenderer, procedural ramp texture generation on projected lights, added Pythonprogramming functionality and more. The company also announced the immediateavailability of a Softimage exporter for MachStudio Pro, asoftware-only version of MachStudio Pro and support for most leading workstationgraphics accelerators.

Customers now have the option to either integrate MachStudio Pro softwareinto existing production pipelines with installed workstation graphicsaccelerators, or cost-effectively upgrade graphics performance with avalue-added bundle featuring AMD ATIFireProV8750 workstation graphics accelerator. With ATI graphics, customers can takeadvantage of MachStudio Pro features that are exclusive to ATIaccelerators,such as real-time hardware tessellation and displacementmapping.
