SYVTK Import for Solid Edge

SYCODE (Panaji, India) launched six Vizualization Toolkit VTK file import and export plug-ins for Alibre Design, AutoCAD, and Solid Edge.

The software comes with detailed documentation in a compiled HTML help file, which contains a step-by-step tutorial to get the end user started in the shortest possible time.

The six data exchange plug-ins (@ $250) are available as fully functional 10 day/run trials, and include VTK file import plug-in for Alibre Design, VTK file export plug-in for Alibre Design, VTK file import plug-in for AutoCAD, VTK file export plug-in for AutoCAD, VTK file import plug-in for Solid Edge, and VTK file export plug-in for Solid Edge.

Keeping in line with SYCODE's commitment of supporting older versions of CAD systems, the Alibre Design plug-ins have been tested to work with Alibre Design V9 up to the latest V11 version. The AutoCAD plug-ins support AutoCAD 2000, 2000i, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 (32- and 64-bit) and 2009 (32- and 64-bit). The Solid Edge plug-ins work with Solid Edge 10 through to the latest Solid Edge with Synchronous Technology.
