Theorem Releases Multi-CAD PLM Collaboration Tool

By DE Editors

June 16, 2014

Theorem Solutions has released its Multi-CAD  CADverter plug-in for CATIA versions 5 and 6 and Siemens' Nastran NX users, an application for streamlining the product lifecycle management (PLM) process.

The CADverter plug-in improves collaboration by enabling CATIA users to interactively work with NX data within the design environment. It checks geometry for errors, validates the integrity of the data as it is imported into CATIA. Multi-CAD will then track changes and updates to the model as each sub-assembly is developed. It also supports all types of NX data and can be run within the V5 or V6 interface or batched processed. File output is available in NX files and multiple major CAD formats.
