TotalCAE, a provider of private and public cloud computing services, has launched the TotalViz remote visualization solution. Since it is integrated with the TotalCAE HPC job submission portal, customers can have one-click access to an engineering desktop for simulation preprocessing and postprocessing.

According to the company, the solution is simple to use, with one-click access to a full desktop and no special client software or browser plugins are required. A desktop "sneak peek" feature enables engineers to quickly view simulation progress no matter their location or device. One-click desktop sharing enables secure ad-hoc collaboration during meetings.

"TotalViz makes it simple for engineers to be more productive by giving them quick and simple access to their large engineering data no matter where they are located," says Rodney Mach, CEO of TotalCAE. "TotalCAE products and management services enable engineers to get more work done faster with zero hassle, so engineers can focus on doing engineering."
