Trend Micro Releases Latest Version of SafeSync for Business

Trend Micro Incorporated has announced the latest version of Trend Micro SafeSync for Business. The new release features updated sync functionality and support for Mac users.

“Most businesses now face a challenging reality: Critical data is now typically spread out over multiple devices, from traditional PCs to the newest mobile devices, and all of this information must be protected while remaining easily accessible,” said TJ Alldridge, product manager for small business solutions at Trend Micro.

Other update features include drag-and-drop functionality that allows users to drop files into the new SafeSync Folder and have them sync with the cloud, mobile access through an app, and support for more web browsers.

“As business networks become increasingly heterogeneous, particularly through the ubiquity of emerging mobile devices, this kind of solution will become even more important. The new SafeSync for Business is designed for exactly this environment -- it protects important files while easing the constraints of mobility, ensuring users can more easily access, share and sync their data from wherever they are,” Alldridge added.
