Adept Scientific (Letchworth, Hertfordshire, UK) announced IMSI/Design's (Novato, CA) TurboCAD Mac v3, which supports Apple's Leopard Operating System and includes an updated ACIS Solid Modeling Engine.

TurboCAD Mac v3 offers more than 275 intuitive 2D design tools, plus 7,000 symbols, extensive file compatibility, and intuitive command tools to simplify the design process.

The latest version of TurboCAD Mac software includes many new features.

Among the new export options: you can export your designs to BMP and JPEG raster formats. TurboCAD Mac now supports the export and import of the most popular formats. With the new Publish to Web, you can save and share your file as HTML for use on the web. With the Tape Measure Tool, making design measurements is easier than ever. Plus, this version contains updated DXF/DWG translators, additional 3D model and 2D floor plan template content, and Leopard OS X Support. New file properties let you save and share your file as HTML for use on the web. Updated DXF/DWG Support offers the ability to read/write AutoCAD files through v2008 with updated DXF/DWG translators.

TurboCAD Mac v3, which includes support for model and paper space, is available from Adept Scientific.
