VISTAGY Partners with 3T to Provide Composite Bicycle Components

Manufacturer selects FiberSIM software to take advantage of composite materials.

VISTAGY, Inc. (Waltham, MA) announced a technical partnership with 3T (Madone, Italy), one of the foremost names in Italian cycling, according to the release.

3T will use VISTAGY's FiberSIM software to design, manufacture, and optimize the composite components it produces for professional and amateur cyclists. The partnership will provide VISTAGY with valuable insight and experience so it can become an enabling technology in the bicycle components market.

3T has renewed its model line — which currently includes stems, drop bars, aero bars, forks and seat posts — to take advantage of the unique properties of composite materials, realized with state-of-the-art composite engineering made possible by FiberSIM.
