ZWCAD Design is offering new APIs on ZWCAD+ that are code-level compatible with other mainstream CAD software. This enables developers to port their applications to ZWCAD+ faster and with less effort, according to the company.

"The new APIs are among the most exciting highlights of ZWCAD+," says Kingdom Lin, ZWCAD+ overseas business director. "We're truly amazed by how fast our developers have been porting their existing applications to ZWCAD+ over the past few months. It usually took them several months to port a code intensive application, but now at most it only takes a few weeks."

The company also announced the availability of ZWCAD+ Beta, which includes a new Ribbon Interface to create CAD designs, and can read and write .dwg files accurately.
