Advanced Compliance Solutions (ACS) Inc., a provider of regulatory compliance and product development testing, has added a new test lab in Raleigh, NC. The location is opening in response to growing demand from customers in the Research Triangle Park area such as Sensus, Gilbarco and High Theft Solutions, a company press release states.

The Raleigh lab will focus on EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) compliance testing and wireless certifications. Its services will include emissions testing to FFC, EN/CE and other standards plus radio approvals for worldwide markets. The facility will utilize a 3 meter semi-anechoic chamber and a 10 meter Open Area Test Site.

"As a global leader in wirelessly connected utility meters, Sensus is continually introducing innovative new technology. We have worked with ACS for years and found them to be an invaluable partner in our product testing and certification efforts. Their project turn time and overall customer service is second to none." said Al Servais, regulatory compliance team lead at Sensus.
