Agilent Technologies has announced a series of new capabilities for its low-cost U9401B model Medalist i1000D in-circuit test system for boosting productivity in the high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
The new functional test suite on the i1000D ICT system includes external applications integration; customizable post-test actions based on the pass/fail test results of the printed circuit board assemblies being tested; and an automatic board handler for inline use.
