Ammonite, Cormetrics Limited and O'Rourke Engineering Announce Merger

O'Rourke Engineering Ltd. (OEL) has merged with Canadian companies Ammonite Corrosion Engineering and Cormetrics Limited. Both companies bring industry expertise in corrosion engineering, analysis and testing, a company press release states.

Ammonite provides services to the oil and gas industry. Its services include materials selection, asset integrity management programs, chemical treatment and inspection procedures. Cormetrics specializes in corrosion prevention for petroleum and transmission companies. It is equipped to provide laboratory corrosion testing and weight loss techniques for corrosion inhibitor evaluation.

"Ammonite and Cormetrics have significant expertise in the corrosion engineering, asset integrity management and corrosion testing sectors which compliments the array of services OEL currently offers.
