Authentise has introduced RREQAM (Rapid Reverse Engineering & Qualification for AM: a new, integrated suite working in a single, continuous digital thread.
Though many organizations may rely on historic technical drawings that exist only as scanned, hand-drawn documents, RREQAM introduces a new AI-driven reverse engineering capability that transforms these documents into clean, searchable, structured data. Using Threads, ThreadsDoc, and Digital Design Warehouse, text is extracted from non-searchable files, bills of materialss are automatically rebuilt, and part hierarchies are reconstructed into a navigable structure.
Once a part is understood, qualification is the next challenge. Manufacturing execution, external testing, and engineering analysis often happen across emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools, Authentise explains.
RREQAM’s Integrated Manufacturing & Qualification Workflow, built on Flows and Materials Management, brings these activities into one place. Engineers define their DOE, operators execute builds with clarity, and external test houses receive secure access to upload results directly into the workflow.
ThreadsDoc structures uploaded results from PDFs, spreadsheets, and images, generating a Technical Data Package (TDP). Parameters, documents, test data, and results are all captured and connected in a single source of truth.
RREQAM is an Authentise ecosystem operating as one integrated suite.
