Aveillant Selects Aras and Minerva Electronic PLM Solution

Holographic Radar provider Aveillant Ltd has chosen the Aras product lifecycle management (PLM) suite for enterprise PLM. The company plans to implement Aras and the Minerva Electronic PLM solution to unify product-related data, a press release states.

The implementation also includes end-to-end bill of materials (BOM) management, configuration management engineering change management, part traceability and supply chain collaboration.

“As we deliver new products into the highly regulated aviation industry it is critical that we have a rigorous yet flexible system to manage product configuration,” said Tim Quilter, engineering director of Aveillant. “The Minerva Electronic PLM solution based on Aras Innovator brings us the widest breadth of functionality designed for complex products combining electronics and mechanics, and it can be up and running quickly.”
