BETA CAE Systems has released NEERE v1.5.0, which focuses on making collaboration scenarios more efficient and direct by minimizing required user actions.

Release Highlights

Join actions are no longer required. The Sharing tab is now automatically transmitted in all scenarios. Favorite rooms offer quicker access to the most frequently visited rooms. A new screen share can be started immediately without having to stop a previous running one.

Further chat improvements have been implemented to include message delivery report, message deletion and options to turn all microphones and cameras off. The DM options have been redesigned and further collaboration settings have been implemented in scenarios involving locally installed applications. For the desktop app, stored configurations have been implemented for faster switching between frequently visited NEERE instances.

Supported Web Browsers

The following browsers are supported: Mozilla Firefox, version 68 or higher; Google Chrome/Chromium, version 72 or higher; and Microsoft Edge, version 80 or higher.
