Boston Micro Fabrication (BMF) announces a series of strategic management changes designed to support the company’s next phase of growth and execution, the company notes.
Effective July 1, Bryan Ferrand will assume the role of president and Donna Kelly has been promoted to chief operating officer of BMF Precision Inc. John Kawola will transition from CEO to strategic advisor, supporting the leadership team and the company’s long-term direction.
“BMF is a remarkable company with exceptional technology, a strong team, and a bright future,” says John Kawola. “I have tremendous confidence in Bryan, Donna, and the broader leadership team as they guide the company forward. I will plan to remain a long-term adviser to the leadership team and a strong believer in BMF and its continued success.”
