Coreform Launches Coreform Cubit 2025.8 with Major Usability and Performance Upgrades

oreform Cubit 2025.8, with important upgrades and useability improvements, is now available through Coreform's new license portal.

Coreform has released Coreform Cubit 2025.8, the latest version of its hex meshing software. This update contains improvements to the geometry kernel and meshing engine, a redesigned user interface with scalable vector graphics (SVG) icons, and enhanced usability, the company reports.

Improved Buttons and Icons

Coreform Cubit has a fresh look. When users download the latest version 2025.8, it may be noted that icons have been updated and replaced with more intuitive versions. Placement and function of the icons have not changed. 

Fundamental Upgrades

Coreform Cubit’s user interface framework has been upgraded to Qt6, providing support for desktops. The primary triangle and tetrahedral mesher in Coreform Cubit has been updated to MeshGems 2.15. 

Geometry Healing Change

The geometry healing operation has been improved; this change may impact workflows. Read more here.

Access Coreform Cubit License

• If you have purchased a Coreform Cubit license, there is a Coreform account for you and a team for your organization in the new portal. Your email and password have not changed. (If you would like to purchase a license of Coreform Cubit, contact [email protected].)
  • If you are a new Coreform customer, check your email for a message from Coreform, and click the link to access the Coreform Accounts login page.
• If you are an existing Coreform customer, you can go directly to Coreform Accounts (image below), enter your email and password to access your account. If you have forgotten or have not yet set a password, click “Forgot your password?” to receive a password reset link.
• Your license and the latest download of Coreform Cubit are available in your account. Download and install the appropriate version for your operating system, and enter your Coreform account email and password when prompted. For step-by-step instructions, see the activation page.
