Information chaos is a common phenomenon in projects involving globally dispersed teams. Its consequences are missed milestone deadlines, wasted time in efforts to locate documents, and noncompliance penalties, just to name a few.

Next week, in a webinar jointly presented by DE and M-Files, Jim Brown, founder of Tech-Clarity, and Greg Milliken, M-Files' VP of Marketing, will tackle the topic:

  • Jim has done the legwork to identify the common bottlenecks in project management. He’ll spell them out in black and white (and in colored graphs).
  • Jim will also weigh in on the myth and reality of content sharing.
  • The secret to ending project chaos is just a few basic rules on how you control, access, and share data. Jim and Greg will provide examples.

The webinar is moderated by DE Senior Editor Kenneth Wong.
