Barry Wehmiller Design Group has expanded and relocated its Northwest operations in the Portland, OR, area.

According to a company press release, the Portland office specializes in 3D/BIM design and detailing, mechanical engineering, instrumentation and controls, electrical engineering, project management and facility services. The office will be moving to a larger location near Portland.

“We are very pleased with the growth of our Portland organization over the last several years, leading to this larger office presence,” stated James Gill, Design Group regional director.  “Our larger operation provides us with the means for continued expansion to better serve our clients in the Portland area.”

Gill added, “Design Group now has over 750 engineers and technical professionals across the U.S., and our expanded Portland office demonstrates Design Group’s ongoing commitment to attract exceptional technical competencies into the firm.”
