Duro, which provides a PLM platform for hardware engineering, has launched a new technology partner program that the company says will help its customers to create a "complete digital thread for their products, from initial design all the way through manufacturing, maintenance, service, and retirement."

"Our partner program reflects how the Duro platform itself is built — flexible, connected, and ready out-of-the-box," said Michael Corr, CEO of Duro. "Our collaborative model helps customers avoid vendor lock-in, eliminate information silos, and create a digital thread that supports agile product development and faster delivery."

Duro hopes to reduce or eliminate information silos across the development chain that can help accelerate product launches.

"Tulip's mission to bring visibility and adaptability to frontline operations aligns with Duro's vision for connected product development," said Natalia Gutierrez, ecosystem product marketing manager at Tulip, one of the initial companies in the program. "Together, we're enabling manufacturers to bridge the gap between design and production, transforming how product data is consumed on the shop floor. By connecting engineering and operations in real time, we're helping teams move faster, reduce errors, and bring better products to market."

Current members of Duro's partner ecosystem include: Epsilon3, First Resonance, Tulip, Fusion by Stoke Space, SysGit, Quarter20, Violet Labs, and Procurable.

Duro's GraphQL API allows third parties to build custom integrations for faster onboarding, quicker time to value, and better information flow across teams, the company says.

The new program provides partners with joint co-marketing and go-to-market support, including co-branded webinars and thought leadership content, video production (in-person and virtual), social and email cross-promotion, shared customer success stories, and website presence and backlinking.

"First Resonance helps manufacturers move faster by connecting real-time data across engineering and operations," said Karan Talati, CEO & Co-Founder at First Resonance. "Integrating ION with Duro PLM bridges the gap between product design and factory workflows, creating a powerful feedback loop that enables faster iterations, fewer errors, and greater agility. We're proud to partner with Duro to modernize the end-to-end manufacturing stack."
