Engineering & Scientific Services Announces AC Analysis Center Software on the Mac App Store

Analysis Center (AC) software from Engineering & Scientific Services SA is comprised of a number of modules that feature simulation, analysis and graphing. It is now available via Apple's Mac App Store.

The software's geometric modeling module allows a scientist or engineer to perform simulations of physical phenomena using the Finite Element Method. The OpenGL system allows him or her to view the results within the integrated graphical environment. The separate mathematical module allows the user to perform operations to plot results in 2D or 3D graphs. With worksheets and the associated widgets, the company says the user will be able to graphically prepare calculation scripts, which essentially become mini-applications.

A database module and other smaller tools, such as the digitizer and the interpolator, complement the other modules. All modules interact with each other.

AC is available for download from the Mac App Store for $89.99. It requires Mac OS X 10.6.6 or later.
